Do I have to buy a house and land package or can I just buy the land on its own?
You have the flexibility to buy land only or choose from our wide range of great value house and land packages. Our land sales manager, Heath, can also help customise a package to suit all your wants and needs. Harlowe packages offer value and convenience, as well as inspiration and an idea of overall pricing so you can get a taste of what each local builder partner can offer.
Can I choose my own builder?
Yes – you are free to choose your own builder and home design, in line with Harlowe’s Design Guidelines. Each quality builder will offer a wide range of home designs, so there is sure to be a home to suit all tastes and budgets!
What services are connected to the lots?
All Harlowe lots come connected to town water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, and NBN internet. Each lot also includes a legal point of discharge for drainage.
Where are the closest schools?
Harlowe is close to excellent primary and secondary schools. These include Huntly Primary School, Epsom Primary School, White Hills Primary School, Weeroona Secondary College and the soon to be opened Victory Christian College.
Where is the closest shopping Centre?
Convenient local shopping is just minutes away at Epsom Village (Woolworths, Dan Murphys, Chemist Wartehouse and more) and Harlowe is just 15mins drive from the Bendigo CBD where you are spoilt for choice!
Where is the closest hospital, medical centre, pharmacies?
Bendigo Health is the nearest hospital (15mins) and Bendigo Medical – Epsom (5mins) is the closest health clinic. There is a private hospital 17mins away at St John of God Hospital.
Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, nearby public bus routes run regularly around Bendigo. The Huntly Train Station is around 2mins drive away, connecting you to train and coach services including to and from Echuca/Moama and Melbourne.
