As the year draws to a close, we’re excited to share a recap of all the exciting community celebrations and construction milestones achieved at Harlowe throughout 2024!
Construction Comes Naturally.
This year marked significant progress in the construction of the Harlowe community.
We celebrated the successful completion and settlement of Stage 7, welcoming new residents who begin building their dream homes.
The Harlowe entry statement was also recently completed, creating a striking and welcoming entrance to the community. The feature seamlessly combines modern design elements with features that celebrate Harlowe’s native surroundings. Vibrant pops of colour peek through from various perspectives, offering a dynamic visual experience. Meanwhile, construction is progressing steadily on Stage 8, with settlements anticipated in Q2 2025. You can watch our final construction update video for 2024 below!
Community Comes Naturally.
This year, we cherished every moment spent with the wonderful Huntly community.
In February, we were delighted to participate in the Huntly Family Day, where we hosted a competition and awarded a $400 family day out to a deserving local family. Our setup also featured a free rock-climbing wall, which was a hit with the kids!
For the second consecutive year, Harlowe was a proud naming sponsors of the Harlowe Huntly Hawks Football Netball Club. This year saw our first Kick For Charity competition held at the club on Saturday, 15th June.
The event was a fantastic day for our team and the whole community. We were delighted to see our valued builder partners, Harlowe Huntly Hawks sponsors and past players compete to see who had the longest kick.
Congratulations to Olivia Burgess and Jack Mullane, whose impressive kicks earned $1,000 donations to their chosen charities. Harlowe and Wel.Co are proud to support Lifeline and the Royal Children’s Hospital through this initiative.
Looking Ahead to 2025
We are deeply grateful for the connections we’ve built with the local community and eagerly anticipate an exciting 2025. Expect more community events, plenty of construction milestones being achieved and many new neighbours moving into their dream homes at Harlowe.
Our team will be having a break from Friday, 20th December and will return refreshed in the new year on Monday, 6th January 2025.
